   Well, it’s tough to give advice considering you don’t have a picture up. But try getting an emo haircut, random piercings and tattoos in unnecessary places, wear lots of black, and ABSOLUTELY do not wear anything pink or heels. Good luck!

    stuff you need in your wardrobe
    1. skinny jeans (dark washes or better yet, solid black)
    2. black converse or other black sneaker
    3. striped shirts
    4. emo band shirts such as the rocket summer or hawthorne heights (make sure they are form fitting)
    5. black zipup hoodie

    hair
    1. shaggy bangs that cover your eye or both eyes
    2. dye your hair dark brown or black
    3. keep it greasy by not washing it too often
    accesories
    1. black bandana to tie around your wrists
    2. black studded belt
    3. black knitted hat
    4. striped knitted scarf
    5. black thick-rimmed glasses

    makeup
    1. black eyeliner all around the eye and black mascara
    2. black nail polish
    3. hopefully you’re not tan, because if you are you need to make your skin look whiter with some foundation or powder

    There really are no “small steps.” If you truley want to be emo or scene you have to do it all at once or you will be made fun of and be called a poser. It looks kind of funny when your wearing skinny jeans and a baggy T-shirt. Again, do it all at once for your sake.

    when i started i just tried gradually wearing a little more eyeliner and started wearing a band t-shirt like once a week. you can start with band t-shirts that aren’t black, and just work your way up, thats what i did, and i would start by just adding a skull neclace or braclet to a regular outfit to start. hope that helps.
