   Wear earrings, necklaces and headbands. You could put your hair up in a way that makes you look like that. Hope I’ve heleped. Maybe wear tights or leggings if you are allowed to and do your make-up dark.

   i thought people were just… emo, i didnt know you had to strive to be one. its pretty hard to ‘emo’ up a school uniform, because most likely youll get told off.. but you could try. good luck.

   Wear red and black accesories, dye your hair black, use another kind of shoe, like converse allstars, if you have put your piercings on (dont make them if you don’t got them) but remember, being emo is the attitude not the attire.

   You can’t do all that much. You gotta wait till you leave school to express individuality (although emo isn’t exactly individual. not saying that to offend anyone, but… it’s not)
   You could dye your hair black with a side fringe, and maybe slap on a bit more eyeliner if they’ll let you. See if you can get away with some band patches sewed to your bag, and wear black converse as your school shoes. That’ll do you I reckon

    Wear a black wifebeater or tank top under your blouse, and leave an extra couple of buttons unbuttoned.

    Get a studded belt and wear it low on your hips.

    Get some Doc Martens. They do wonders for an outfit. If you’re not into the boot look, wear skate shoes instead.

    -do your emo hair and makeup as usual.

    -if youre allowed, cut along the hem so its all tattered.

    -if youre allowed, paint your name in tiny coloured letters on your skirt, with a flower or something. nailpolish is great for that.

    -wear your school tie if you have one, and decorate it with whatever you think is emo enough.

    -get over-the-knee socks in coloured stripes. if you have to wear a certain kind/colour of sock, get away with as much as you can when it comes to colour and shape.

    -fishnets look really emo too, but you might look tarty too so be careful. vertically stripy tights look cute, so do dotted ones or just black ones that have been torn. layer different colours of tights if its cold, this also looks colourful. DO NOT WEAR LEGGINGS.

    -wear converse chuck taylors, or slip-on vans or really big chunky nike airs. if you need to wear proper school shoes, get coloured laces. if you have to wear mary-janes, tie bows on the straps with thick ribbon. in all cases, decorate your shoes with sharpies

    -wear emoish long-sleeved tops under your blouse so the sleeves poke out.

    -wear emo earrings if you dont already.

    -since you cant pain your nails, draw on one or two with nail polish. its not technically paining your nails but it still has an effect.

    -wear emo rings, bracelets and necklaces.

    -if you wear a school sweater, cut little holes in the cuffs to put your thumbs through.

    -wear leg warmers, arm warmers, hand warmers, or fingerless gloves.

    -if your school isnt too strict on uniform, wear an emo jacket or sweater over your uniform.
