    Ikr Im the only Mixed girl thats Scene in my school most of my Scene/Emo friends are white.

    The clothes or style is not new however the music is.

    I have had this sense of dress since the 1980s and have not really changed.

    It is sad when people think they are alone or isolated. I don’t do the cutsie look which the young girls definitely have but the skulls, arm warmers, big boots etc I have been wearing for over 20 years. It is a shame when our existence is so irrelevant that we appear not to exist.

    However I love the style and variety breeds innovation. PS you are not ugly!
